As the designer and planner of this project, my role is to empathize with users who feel hesitant or intimidated by smart home technology. I aim to create a product that removes those emotional and technical barriers, using intuitive design and friendly guidance to make the first step into smart living feel natural and enjoyable.

The smart home market is expanding, but the entry barrier remains high for first-time users. Without knowing the benefits or how to use the tools, people remain hesitant and miss out on the convenience it could bring.
This app solves the problem by offering a clean and intuitive interface that is easy for anyone to navigate. It includes beginner-friendly tutorials that gently guide users through each step, helping them understand how to use smart home features without stress. Additionally, the app is connected to a built-in store where users can easily purchase compatible devices. Through clear visual guidance and smooth interaction design, the app supports users from their very first step all the way to comfortable, everyday smart home use.
